This is the third and final part of the L.S.I. trilogy, that started with 'Love' and continued with 'Sex'. I never considered the trilogy would end in triumph rather than despair, but here we are. I've been writing it for some time; really ever since my lady and i became an item that might appear inseperable, while i was still singing songs about everything going wrong and she was being poked in the ribs during our performances.

I considered plants like rodedendron and buddleia - invasive but beautiful, irresistable.
When we moved intogether, a friend warned that we would become 'fat and happy'. i thought this was an interesting metaphor since fat is connected with the heart, like love, and that would make love a peculiar heart-disease; saturated fats are notoriously hard to shift once in place in the heart, and so is our love.
